Refund policy

We hope your kids are as excited with their MINOR NATION clothing as we are, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer:

  • Refunds or exchanges on all full priced items
  • Exchanges or store credits on sale items

Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. 
  • The item is to be returned in its original packaging with tags attached, unwashed, unworn and in its original condition. Please take care when trying on garments as items that are stained or covered in animal hair will not be accepted. We reserve the right to reject a return if it is not in original condition.
  • All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. 
  • Gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds.  
  • Customers are required to keep all relevant return information, including their return tracking number, in case any issues arise. If the package is lost while being returned to us, unfortunately Minor Nation is not at fault. 


HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM? 

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and request a return.

1. Log in to your account:
a. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
b. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
c. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Submit request".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.


FAULTY ITEMS 

  • Please email support@minornation.com with your order number, image, or description of the fault within 7 days of delivery so our team can arrange a replacement, store credit or refund.  
  • If our Customer Service Team accepts the item is faulty, Minor Nation will cover the return shipping costs.  

We meticulously inspect all items prior to processing any returns. Should a returned item fail to meet our quality standards outlined above, we will promptly reach out to the customer. They will then have the choice to either have the item returned to them at their expense or opt for its disposal. In the event that the returned item does not meet our expectations, both the initial purchase cost and the reshipment fee will be applied for its return. We kindly request customers to thoroughly inspect their returned item(s) both inside and out before sending them back.
